    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dubak Electrical Group is continuing to grow and we are looking to add an Electrical Prefab Technician within our Manufacturing Plant in La Grange Park, Illinois.</span></p>\n<p>This individual would be working in the Prefab Shop, which is a controlled environment where workers build vital electrical components for field installations. Among these components are transformer skids with primary and secondary panels, overcurrent protection, feeders, MC cable and cord drops, light fixtures and lighting pendants, trapeze, HVAC racks, temporary power racks, and DuMod trailers (complete setup for switchgear distribution), device prep, underground duct bank preparation, material sorting, and more.</p>\n<p>Electrical Prefab staff members must be mechanically inclined, have working knowledge and skills with hand tools used in the electrical trade, be punctual, hardworking, and be able to meet deadlines while performing quality and precision workmanship.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wire splicing and connections</li>\n<li>Power outlet box, and stub-up assembly</li>\n<li>Power, lighting, and equipment whips</li>\n<li>Light fixture modification and preparation</li>\n<li>Prefabrication of panelboards</li>\n<li>Simple conduit bending and assembly</li>\n<li>Pipe threading</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fundamental Skills Needed:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use basic hand tools (e.g. screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, screw-guns, etc.), read tape measures and operate light duty machinery</li>\n<li>Must be mechanically inclined</li>\n<li>Arrive on time daily and be prepared to work</li>\n<li>Able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently</li>\n<li>Maintains a clean and safe work environment</li>\n<li>Follow all safety rules and procedures</li>\n<li>Be able to prioritize duties while multi-tasking </li>\n<li>Follow established production processes</li>\n<li>Ability to work and communicate as a productive team member</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills</li>\n<li>Be able to work in a fast paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Wages</li>\n<li>Comprehensive Benefits to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability among numerous other voluntary benefits)</li>\n<li>6 Paid Holidays after 60 days of employment</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off</li>\n<li>401(k) and Profit Sharing</li>\n<li>Educational Reimbursement Program</li>\n<li>Positive Work/Life Balance</li>\n<li>Opportunity for Advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Dubak Electrical Group, LLC  and its affiliates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
