Our integrated approach combines technical depth, commercial awareness, and hands-on delivery experience to create practical, buildable outcomes that perform in real-world environments across industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and civic sectors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a Senior Project Architect to join our Auckland Architecture team - someone who can confidently lead projects from concept through to construction, build trusted client relationships, and bring clarity, technical strength, and leadership to complex project environments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects across multiple sectors while working alongside a highly capable multidisciplinary team that values quality outcomes, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate projects through all phases, delivering practical, buildable, and well-resolved architectural outcomes</li>\n<li>Oversee technical delivery, documentation, consultant coordination, and project quality</li>\n<li>Manage client, contractor, consultant, and authority relationships with confidence and professionalism</li>\n<li>Apply strong technical judgement to resolve design, coordination, and construction challenges early and effectively</li>\n<li>Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement across project delivery and practice standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>NZRAB registration and significant experience delivering architectural projects in New Zealand</li>\n<li>Proven ability to independently lead projects from concept through to completion</li>\n<li>Strong technical capability, Revit proficiency, and understanding of NZ compliance processes</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative leadership style</li>\n<li>A calm, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Babbage?</span></p>\n<p>At Babbage, we believe great projects are delivered by supported, capable people.
