The successful candidates will have advance experience in GIS data management, generation, spatial analysis, map creation, reporting, and workflow.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Primary Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Irth database remains highly accurate, current, and reliable as the operational system of record&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Maintain and update all GIS layers and attribute data within the Irth and ArcGIS Enterprise, ensuring compliance with internal data standards and operational requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Reconcile discrepancies between systems, including geometry mismatches, attribute conflicts, and schema variations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Develop, revise, and maintain GIS datasets, maps, sketches, and technical drawings.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Capture, edit, and integrate spatial data including land parcels, environmental layers, easements, field locations, and operational assets.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Interpret field notes, marked drawings, digital sketches, and communications to update GIS layers.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Obtains information required to perform work from multiple resources including verbal/electronic communications, sketches, marked drawings, field notes, and technical reference manuals</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Develops, assembles, edits, and revises maps and map products using GIS concepts, principles, and processes</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Create high‑quality web maps, diagrams, and data visualizations in support of operations, engineering, planning, and land management functions.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Designs and runs queries and reports defined to pull data from geographical and non-geographical databases</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; equivalent experience may be considered</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">3&ndash;7 years of professional GIS experience, preferably in utilities, energy,</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Provide advanced user support for GIS-related workflows, troubleshooting issues related to mapping, data entry, or system functionality.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
