The winning combination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure a rewarding experience in one of our fabulous distribution centre!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists manager with the efficient operation of returns and customer service departments including driver check in, product returns, merchandising, pick- ups, QC, claims, inventory control and office</li>\n <li>Supports manager with all financial and operational metrics for each area are defined and met on a monthly basis</li>\n <li>Drive improvements through employee training and development, performance management, strategic planning, design of task and conceptual thinking regarding best practices</li>\n <li>Align the goals and objectives of the department with that of the company; financial, service, cost reduction, maintaining efficiency and inventory management. </li>\n <li>Establish a culture of high motivation, team work, good performance and compliance through periodic review</li>\n <li>Assist with various inventory control duties including cycle count and inventory shrink/write off discrepancy research</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge and use of equipment such as Power Cart, Pallet Jack, RF scanner</li>\n <li>Computer proficiency in MS Office, analysis, data and generate reports</li>\n <li>Maintain proficient knowledge of product</li>\n <li>Maintain proficient knowledge of systems and procedures</li>\n <li>Ability to motivate and multi-task  </li>\n <li>Proficient knowledge of professional English verbal and written communication</li>\n <li>High School diploma </li>\n <li>Prefer 3 to 5 years’ experience in furniture retail or warehouse logistics</li>\n <li>Excellent writing and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Logistics organization and analysis</li>\n <li>Experience with emphasis on customer relations, staffing, organizing, motivating, supervising, communicating and negotiating</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why The Brick?</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A flexible and comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental and Paramedical Services for you and your family</li>\n <li>Competitive remuneration package that will commensurate with experience</li>\n <li>Career progression potential with plenty of access to ongoing personal and professional development</li>\n <li>Employee discounts</li>\n <li>A dynamic environment to showcase your leadership talents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Apply now</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>The Brick is committed to fair and accessible employment practices and will accommodate people with disabilities throughout the recruitment, application, and selection process.
