    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Major Responsibilities</u></strong>:&nbsp;</p>\n<p>- Ensures safe and efficient operation of cranes and processing equipment&nbsp;<br>\n - Ensures the processing equipment is operating to specifications&nbsp;<br>\n - Performs daily inspection on lifting equipment prior to start up&nbsp;<br>\n - Ensures all necessary reports have been completed&nbsp;<br>\n - Identifies packaged material per sales order requirements&nbsp;<br>\n - Ensures non-conforming product is brought forth to the Production Supervisor for disposition&nbsp;<br>\n - Generates and applies finish good tags to packaged product&nbsp;<br>\n - Updates inventory material locations (RTS)&nbsp;<br>\n - Maintains good housekeeping in the work area&nbsp;<br>\n - Take part and initiate continuous improvement efforts&nbsp;<br>\n - Trains new employees as required&nbsp;<br>\n - Ensures non-conforming product / damaged equipment is brought forth to the Shipping / Receiving Department or Production Supervisor for disposition&nbsp;<br>\n - Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system&nbsp;<br>\n - Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system&nbsp;<br>\n - Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Tools &amp; Equipment</u>:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>- Deslagging and grinding equipment, measuring equipment, hand tools / banding equipment, computer equipment (RF scanner) lift trucks and packaging area cranes Material &amp; Products - Not limited to ferrous and non-ferrous product in form of sheet, plate, strip, extrusions and long product&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Applicable Methods Used</u>:</strong></p>\n<p>- Samuel Health &amp; Safety Policies and Procedures&nbsp;<br>\n - ISO 9001-2008 Policies and Procedures&nbsp;<br>\n - Samuel, Son &amp; Co.
