This role qualifies for the following bonus structure: · Monthy Renewal Bonus · Quarterly Bonus up to $650 – Performance based How you will be successful Keep all areas of the property clean and attractive; includes common areas, walkways, hallways, breezeways, property amenities, etc. Maintain curb appeal by removing litter, pet waste, weeds, cigarette butts, and minor landscaping clean up.
