Grow Here.</strong>&quot;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong> &nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operator to join our Grain Operations team. The Operator will be responsible for&nbsp;assisting with the grain elevator operations and ensuring all trucks and trains are properly loaded.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Executing processes and operating machinery and equipment as required, including loading and unloading trucks and railcars as well as other grain handling such as filling or reclaiming ground piles, transferring and blending. &nbsp;Ability to operate bobcats, loaders and tractors.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspecting buildings, grounds, and equipment utilized by the facility to troubleshoot, perform light maintenance, and complete repair work.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitoring equipment, operating control systems, processing samples, and utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Interacting regularly with&nbsp;customers,&nbsp;peers,&nbsp;and management to&nbsp;provide&nbsp;exceptional customer service,&nbsp;pursue continuous improvement of facility operations,&nbsp;and promote a teamwork focused&nbsp;environment.</li><li>Adheres to all safety regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations, the vehicle policy and fleet safety program and DOT regulations.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be 18 years or&nbsp;older.</li><li>Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in confined&nbsp;spaces.</li><li>Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience in agriculture&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
