Serasana Katy is a Wellness Center that fuses ancient wellness practices, specializing in stress and pain management, by encouraging regular use of acupuncture, yoga, massage, healing tea and remedies.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for Full time and Part time Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team.  </span></p>\n<p><span>We have implemented a monetary bonus for Massage Therapists after their first 120 days of employment.</span></p>\n<p><span>Our environment is unique, we have a beautiful tea bar and a thoughtful retail selection that supports our clients on their wellness journey. We have seven treatment rooms including space for couple's massage. </span></p>\n<p><span>We are located at 28818 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Suite 140, Katy, TX.</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Understand the Serasana model of health and wellness, and work together with fellow team members to help our clients take full advantage of available offerings</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide massages ranging from 25-110 minutes for scheduled clients and walk-ins</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Consult with clients regarding their current needs, medical history and overall wellness</span></li>\n<li><span>Guide clients through our service offerings</span></li>\n<li><span>Recommend treatment plans that can include suggestions for better health including yoga, acupuncture, meditation, tea and other remedies to assist clients in their wellness journey</span></li>\n<li><span>Take detailed histories, including information about injuries and chronic health conditions</span></li>\n<li><span>Complete SOAP notes after each session and enter data in software program</span></li>\n<li><span>Customize sessions around specific complaints or problem areas</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide client with Wellness Prescription after each session</span></li>\n<li><span>Care for linens and replace between sessions</span></li>\n<li><span>Clean and sanitize therapy room and equipment used after sessions</span></li>\n<li><span>Attend and participate in meeting and training</span></li>\n<li><span>Report to the Owner/Manager</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Current Texas License for Massage Therapy</span></p>\n<p><span>Current Liability Insurance</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Prior experience in Silicone Cupping is a PLUS, but not required.
