          "text": "<p>Vestcom is a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison, a Fortune 500 leader in materials science and packaging materials.&#xa0; Learn more at <a href=\"http://www.vestcom.com\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.vestcom.com</a>.</p><p>Perform the functions of data manipulation on the computer network, initiating jobs for production and laser printing on specific printer equipment, staging printed jobs in the production area to ensure a smooth transition flow through production in order to meet the delivery deadlines of each customer while maintaining quality standards.</p><p>Shift:&#xa0;Wednesday midnight - 6AM, Thur-Sat 6PM-6AM</p><p>► &#xa0; Key Areas of Responsibility</p><ul><li><p>Works closely with Facility Managers, Production Supervisors and Leads to assist with customer required directives, deliveries, changes, emergencies, problems with data and special files by printing accurately and efficiently.&#xa0; Responsible for minimizing waste and misuse of raw materials.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Communicates well with fellow associates, project coordinators, and the Facility Manager, while performing laser print functions by following daily job schedules. This requires being familiar with all customers, their special needs as well as production schedules to make sure the correct information is communicated.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Completes multiple tasks on multiple printers at the same time to help the work flow process. Juggling the tasks of running the current customer being laminated, printing re-runs and starting the next customer’s work based on the schedule of the day.</p></li><li><p>Uses ERP system to log time and materials. Follows department guidelines for Total Cost Management activities.</p></li><li><p>Keeps the work order system up to date and organized at all times. Maintaining records of jobs printed, tested and checked via log book and/or computer documents</p></li><li><p>Ensures printing quality standards are being met by sampling, viewing and checking&#xa0; print jobs are processed.</p></li><li><p>Helps maintain equipment by placing service calls to appropriate service technicians.</p></li><li><p>Maintains all inventory levels and pre-printed items that are stored in the warehouse and in the front shelving units in the correct locations.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Ensure data from each customer is arriving on time, and if not, alert a supervisor so they can make necessary notifications/decisions regarding late data.</p></li><li><p>Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, uses required PPE, and follows all safety rules and procedures.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned by management.</p></li><li><p>Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.</p></li><li><p>Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.</p></li><li><p>Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>► &#xa0; Physical Demands</p><ul><li><p>Stands 2/3 to full time on the shift daily.</p></li><li><p>Uses hands and fingers to handle, and feel 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.</p></li><li><p>Reaches with hands and arms 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.</p></li><li><p>Lifts 50 pounds 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.</p></li><li><p>Requires close vision (clear vision at 20-inches or less).</p></li><li><p>Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).&#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
