          "text": "<p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the building services team with the contract administration of the facilities management service agreement</li><li>Work with the Director of Building Services to develop and implement the annual&#xa0;FFE Capital Replacement Plan</li><li>Conduct inventory assessments of hospital space, FFE and signage to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout projects.&#xa0;</li><li>Review and update paper and electronic drawings as necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Perform&#xa0;site inspections and document project deficiencies</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills for effective interaction with the architectural team and other disciplines.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings using Outlook and MS Teams</li><li>Assist in preparing and editing presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel</li></ul>",
