    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Description</strong>: Develop productive B2B relationships with referring medical practices and self-insured companies, for Orthopedic, Pain, and PT service lines in the DFW market. In addition to driving new business, there will be opportunity to further expand existing relationships. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Call on local Medical practices and Self-insured Companies to develop referral relationships focused on Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Physical Therapy<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Develop new and existing relationships</li><li>Facilitate incoming referrals through designated tracking channels<ul type=\"square\"><li>Custom tracking will be in place for identification of new guest</li></ul></li><li>Track and report on all guest volume and sources&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Assist with Design and Maintenance tracking process<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Lead Tracking and Scoreboard</li></ul></li><li>Provide weekly/monthly reporting on referral tracking to Executive team<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Guest Volume</li><li>Referral Volume and Patterns</li></ul></li><li>Work with VP of Business Development to expand regionally once at scale in DFW Market<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Create and execute on sales goals and targets</li></ul></li><li>Comp is base salary + 50$ per new guest completed visit, as indicated by agreed upon tracking sources and channels</li><li>Mileage and agreed upon expense reimbursement</li><li>Must be an independent self-starter that is comfortable with independence and accountability&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in healthcare Sales&nbsp;</li><li>Exhibits behaviors consistent with motivated sales professional&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to triage multiple referrals and update their status regularly</li><li>Ability to work full time Monday-Friday</li><li>Ability to demonstrate professional communication, and work well with others</li><li>Must be able to learn our patient management systems and tracking platforms</li><li>Must be detail oriented and organized</li><li>Must have a high school diploma</li><li>Must be proficient with Outlook, Excel</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
