Ensure proactive timely resolution of all co-worker inquiries.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Financial Accounting and Reporting</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Prepare monthly financial statements. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. Prepare accounting entries, consolidated working papers and schedules. Maintain an attestation function to ensure all accounts are reconciled.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Analysis and Budgeting</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Complete detailed monthly variance analysis. Gather and analyze key performance metrics against industry standards. Assist in the annual budgeting process</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Investment Administration Management</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Assist with fund administration tasks including the processing of monthly cash distributions and redemptions. Complete reconciliation of units, cash and distributions between external and internal sources. Assist with the calculation of the monthly NAV. Work closely with back office service providers to streamline processes within our investment channels.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Compliance and Audit</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Assist with the external interim and year-end audit process. Prepare audit working papers and continuity schedules. Assist in resolving audit issues in an efficient and timely manner. Complete other duties as assigned.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>Requirements</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field;</span></li>\n<li><span>Working towards, or have obtained, an active accounting designation;</span></li>\n<li><span>3 years’ work experience in financial analytical role; public and/or real-estate industry experience considered an asset;</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent verbal, analytical, organization and written skills;</span></li>\n<li><span>Self-starter; highly motivated and able to take the initiative required to achieve goals and objectives;</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment; </span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve problems in a timely manner using relevant information, sound reasoning and common sense;</span></li>\n<li><span>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task; and </span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent command of MS Office products: Word, Power Point, Excel.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Centurion is an inclusive and equal opportunity Employer committed to creating a positive, supportive and inclusive environment for all Employees.
