Description
AMX is looking for motivated, detail-oriented candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoy a multi-tasking, fast paced environment. This is your opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a rapidly expanding company to grow your career and earning potential!
Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop relationships with existing shippers, build strategic knowledge of their business
· Manage workload to meet/exceed client SOPs. Provide high level customer service!
· Study market conditions and determine pricing strategy for quotes
· Establish annual goals for each account. Build growth strategy around client needs
· Help onboard new clients, manage business relationships
Skills/Qualifications
· College degree or relevant industry experience preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must!
· Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines
· Entrepreneurial spirit; self-starter that enjoys the thrill of victory!
· Must be a strong individual performer who also enjoys working in a team environment
COMPETITIVE BASE PAY + MONTHLY COMMISSIONS! First year earnings $70-75K with opportunity to earn $90K+
Professional growth opportunities for individuals that show drive and natural leadership!
Duties & Responsibilities
Sell our business model and help recruit ideal carrier that meet our partnership terms
Provide high level of customer service to contract carriers
Work with our fleet load planners to locate ideal freight for our company drivers
Support our brokerage team by matching available trucks to available customer freight
Track and trace carrier performance through automated processes to ensure real time tracking
Skills/Qualifications
College degree and/or industry experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must!
Ability to multitask effective and meet deadlines
Entrepreneurial spirit: self-starter that enjoys the thrill of victory!
Must be a strong individual performer who also works well in a team environment
