roadmap and delivery for <strong>Transfer Agency Investor Experience</strong> capabilities, with a focus on <strong>investor-facing digital channels</strong> (e.g., web portals, digital onboarding) that improve satisfaction, self-service, and adoption.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Partner with business, operations, design, technology and client stakeholders to define and prioritize channel enhancements and strategic initiatives across the end-to-end investor journey.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Serve as <strong>Product Owner</strong> for key investor experience products and features&nbsp;
