    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>YOUR PASSION, ACTIONS & FOCUS is our Strength</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Become one of our Contributors</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Join the Caretria Team!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> Shift 10:30-7:00</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p>\n<p>The Pharmacy Shipping Associate is responsible for packing and shipping prescriptions according to client specifications and is responsible for other duties assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine and professional pharmacy functions.</li>\n <li>Accurately pack and ship prescription orders for Eagle Pharmacy in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Responsible for stocking freezers with gel packs.</li>\n <li>Follow all procedures and pack-out processes when shipping an order.</li>\n <li>Respect and follow HIPAA and privacy law guidelines, and any other local or federal laws.</li>\n <li>Follow and aid in enforcement of all company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform Quality Assurance checks on automated technology specific to pharmacy equipment and shipping requirements</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work site.</li>\n <li>Responsible for keeping an adequate stock of boxes and supplies at shipping station.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive.</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS</u>:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>One (1) year of logistics experience</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One (1) year of previous pharmacy experience with exposure to fulfillment of prescription orders</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift 20lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a standing environment</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively, patiently, and courteously</li>\n <li>Ability to perform repetitious work accurately</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once.</li>\n <li>Ability to learn from a variety of techniques</li>\n <li>Ability to follow established process flows</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in highly stressful situations, exhibiting flexibility in changing situations</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Work independently with little supervision and meet daily expectations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Location of job activities 100% inside</li>\n <li>Noise and / or vibrations exposure</li>\n <li>Reaching (overhead), handling, and feeling</li>\n <li>Stand, bend, stoop and sit for prolonged periods of time</li>\n <li>Lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>",
