project manager.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supporting proposal development.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mentor junior staff and provide review of their work products.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordination and collaboration with clients.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordination with internal technical specialists in all practice areas and discipline design professionals for project delivery.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage project tasks, scope, and schedules for smaller projects or specific components of larger projects to meet client requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare comprehensive construction documents including drawings and specifications for water treatment projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead technical writing for technical memorandum, master plans, basis of design reports and preliminary design reports</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide engineering services during construction,
