They will direct the patient and the caregiver in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide clinical treatment to patients as directed by the OT supervisor.</li>\n <li>Maintain adequate caseload with appropriate productivity.</li>\n <li>Coordinate patient care with supervisor, office staff, and other disciplines.</li>\n <li>Maintain appropriate communication with OT supervisor regarding patient progress, problems, home programs, and other issues related to therapeutic process.</li>\n <li>Maintain appropriate documentation and completes it in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Proactively communicate with administrative office staff for any assistance that may be needed.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the maintenance of supplies and equipment.</li>\n <li>Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve company and departmental goals.</li>\n <li>Actively participate in professional organization and activities.</li>\n <li>Serve as the backup service provider for other caseloads as needed.</li>\n <li>Comply with all company policies, practices, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Other duites as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Work Experience Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates Degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.</li>\n <li>Current state-issued professional.</li>\n <li>Valid state drivers license.</li>\n <li>CPR certified.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Qualifications and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read and write in simple correspondence with effective public speaking in small groups.</li>\n <li>Excellent critical thinking and critical thinking skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret instruction with the ability to solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables.</li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, record keeping and routine database activity.</li>\n <li>Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands/Working Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Spends one-third to two-thirds of time in standing, walking, reaching sitting kneeling, and crawling activities.</li>\n <li>Over two-thirds of time is spent using hands, fingers, and will handle, feel, talk, and hear.</li>\n <li>Diverse indoor residential or childcare setting.</li>\n <li>Moderate physical activity performing strenuous activities of a therapy nature.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds.</li>\n <li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements.</li>\n <li>Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay Range for this role is $43-48 per session and is based on skill set and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer a full benefits package to include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance; paid time off, 401K, company car and tuition reimbursement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.</p>",
