          "text": "<p>This is a <strong>dual-impact role</strong>—you’ll lead by example while staying hands-on with fabrication. You’ll partner closely with the Metal Shop Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly, safely, and on schedule, while mentoring technicians and ensuring every product meets exact customer specifications.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate daily metal shop operations to meet productivity, quality, and delivery goals</li><li>Serve as a trusted leader and point of contact when the Supervisor is unavailable</li><li>Operate and oversee CNC punches, press brakes, shears, saws, and welding processes</li><li>Read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics with precision</li><li>Train, coach, and support metal shop technicians</li><li>Champion safety, OSHA compliance, and equipment maintenance</li><li>Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste</li><li>Support shipment preparation and occasional on-site installation or service work</li></ul><p>The role is non-exempt and typically works a 40-hour work week, with flexibility required for overtime, evenings, or weekends to meet critical production deadlines.&#xa0;</p>",
