Value & Solution Selling – Master Armstrong’s scientific and consultative approach to sales, focusing on solving customer challenges. What We’re Looking For Education  – A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields); candidates with a dual background in Business/Management and technical disciplines are also encouraged to apply. Early Exposure to Sales or Projects  – Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to sales, technical solutions, customer engagement, or business development is highly valued. Communication Skills  – Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex technical concepts and confidently present to different audiences. Analytical Skills  – Demonstrated ability to break down problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions (through coursework, projects, or competitions).
