Williams is hiring a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fabricator/Welder </span>at our Plumbing Prefabrication Shop in Belgrade, MT. You'll help assemble and prepare piping systems that power our plumbing and construction projects - all while gaining valuable experience and working with a great crew.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Previous manufacturing or shop floor experience is a plus but not required. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we’ll train you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fabrication &amp; Assembly: </span>Read and interpret fabrication spools and technical drawings to cut, shape, and assemble piping materials using hand and power tools.
