The position exercises discretion and judgment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Duties include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Function as the primary driver of the client relationship.</li>\n <li>Assist in guiding customer requests for new solutions or changes.</li>\n <li>Document requirements and obtain customer approval for development.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with application owners for IT-driven changes.</li>\n <li>Oversee scope, schedule, and interfaces with IT teams.</li>\n <li>Review project objectives and propose cost-effective alternatives.</li>\n <li>Analyze complex processes, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.</li>\n <li>Define, analyze, develop, and document new systems, and programs to meet business needs.</li>\n <li>Responsible for multiple applications in a single functional area.</li>\n <li>Execute project tasks with high quality standards.</li>\n <li>Coordinate software and hardware installation, deployment, and upgrades.</li>\n <li>Possess and successfully apply a growing knowledge of IT best practices.</li>\n <li>May need to assist in special project-related issues as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field. (required)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience and Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 5 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
