    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:right;' id=\"isPasted\"><br></p><p class=\"msonormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Position Summary:</strong> As a member of the Retail Banking team, the Universal Banker I, is typically an entry level UB role that will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and creating a positive overall experience for every customer.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develops and enhances customer relationships\nto contribute to the branch, and Bank, success both independently and by\nworking with supervisor platform staff. Processes routine transactions\naccurately and efficiently, resolves customer service issues, and pro-actively\nturns service opportunities into sales events. Ensures compliance in strict\naccordance with federal and state regulations, and bank policies and\nprocedures. Refers customers to appropriate business partners for residential\nand consumer loans, investment and insurance products, and commercial business\nneeds.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Participates in business calls\nand community activities to develop new business relationships and to\nretain/expand existing relationships.</p><p class=\"msonormal\"><strong>Functions:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-top:0px;\" type=\"disc\"><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"tab-stops:list 36px;\">Processes all customer transactions in strict adherence to bank procedures, including savings; check; bond; cash; travelers checks; mortgage, consumer, and other loan payment; and night deposit transactions.<span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>UB I, while proficient in both platform and teller functions, may spend a majority of their time supporting teller functions.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"tab-stops:list 36px;\">Responsible for the achievement of operational (as provided by the VP Retail Operations Manager) and revenue (as provided by the VP Retail Sales Manager) benchmarks.<span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"tab-stops:list 36px;\">Explains, promotes, sells, and/or cross-sells products and services based on customers&rsquo;
