The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, company analysis, accounting, and/or investment analysis, with the ability to build high-quality presentations.<br><br><strong>Core Tasks:</strong><ul><li>Analyze and understand financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and risks in the market, from a broad global level to a local level.</li><li>Primarily prepare comprehensive Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) presentations, teasers, and white-labeled financials (including graphs, statistics, and examples).</li><li>Ability to develop presentations quickly and under time pressure.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to gather relevant information and insights for presentation.</li></ul><br><strong>Must Haves:</strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Accountant, or in a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in working with and understanding financial statements (generating graphs from financial statements)</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.</li><li>Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.</li><li>Strong business writing skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.</li><li>Ability to work independently, use AI assistants, and as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to think critically and logically.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>English at a C1 level or above.</li><li>Ability to work local time with some or majority EST overlap.</li></ul><br><strong>Nice to Have:</strong><ul><li>Previous Big 4 consulting experience is a huge plus.</li></ul>",
