Communicate clear expectations and uphold CODA’s values: collaborative, compassionate, courageous, and respectful
Collaboration & Community Impact
Partner with Program Directors and Administrative Leaders on operations and strategic planning
Collaborate with external providers, EMS, law enforcement, and community partners
Represent CODA’s medical perspective in outreach, partnerships, and system-level discussions
Program Development & Innovation
Develop and maintain policies for Withdrawal Management and Sobering services

Experience
Minimum 2+ years in community mental health, primary care, urgent care, or similar setting
Experience working with co-occurring and high-acuity populations
Demonstrated leadership in clinical or program settings
Skills & Strengths
Deep expertise in addiction medicine, pharmacology, and behavioral health integration
Strong leadership presence with ability to influence across clinical and operational teams
Data-driven decision-making and performance management mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
What Sets You Apart
You think beyond individual patient care—you design systems that improve care for thousands
You lead with both clinical credibility and emotional intelligence
You’re energized by complexity, collaboration, and meaningful impact
Join CODA and Help Redefine Recovery Care
If you’re ready to lead at the intersection of medicine, mission, and innovation, this is your opportunity to shape the future of addiction treatment in Oregon.
Apply today and be part of a team that is building something truly transformational.
