Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p>The security supervisor is responsible for all security activities and security ambassadors on duty.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>- Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department</p>\n<p>- Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives</p>\n<p>- Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction</p>\n<p>- Enforces internal control policies and procedures </p>\n<p>- Enforces underage gambling and drinking laws </p>\n<p>- Maintains safety and inspection reports for the property</p>\n<p>- Conducts regular security post inspections </p>\n<p>- Prepares security incident reports and maintain security logs</p>\n<p>- Reports guest and team member concerns and complaints to manager</p>\n<p>- Ensure security team members adhere to uniform dress and grooming standards consistent with department and company standards</p>\n<p>- Interacts and cooperate with regulatory, fire/rescue and law enforcement agencies</p>\n<p>- Responsible for supporting compliance to departmental budgets</p>\n<p>- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs</p>\n<p>- Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise</p>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>- Must be 21 years of age</p>\n<p>- High School Diploma or GED required: one to two years of casino Security, military, or police experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience</p>\n<p>- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English</p>\n<p>- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions and apply them to practical situations</p>\n<p>- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time</p>\n<p>- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner</p>\n<p>- Physical mobility with reasonable accommodation including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs</p>\n<p>- Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License</p>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
