Our mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the people who depend on us.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We&rsquo;re currently seeking a dedicated <strong>Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> to join our <strong>Oncology&nbsp;Department</strong> at our <strong>Galion location</strong>.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the specialty clinic. Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility&rsquo;s mission. Provides coordination to the clinical staff as to patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the Oncology Manager.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">ACLS certification or obtained within 6 (six) months of hire.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current completion of an online education program for PICC/Midline insertion or will to obtain within six (6) months of hire.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Two (2) or more years of previous experience working in an outpatient specialty clinic/center.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous experience with PICC/Midlines.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why Join the Avita Health System Team?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At Avita, we&rsquo;re committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment where every team member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our communities.
