Ultimately, in determining pay, we consider various factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">POSITION SUMMARY: Manages the systems, processes, data, and analytics that support and inform the Bank&rsquo;s marketing strategy and campaign execution. Ensures marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently while overseeing marketing automation tools, campaign tracking, and performance dashboards. Leverages customer insights and segmentation data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide strategic marketing decisions.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Manages the bank&rsquo;s marketing technology stack including CRM platform, web/digital analytics platforms, marketing automation, email and social media management tools.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Partners with Digital Banking and IT/Business Systems teams to ensure integrations between marketing systems and core banking digital platforms are optimized.</li></ul><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Establishes and manages marketing campaign workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent and timely execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Plans and executes marketing programs (customer acquisition, onboarding, retention) across email, digital, website, social and customer communication channels.</li><li>Develops and implements marketing reporting frameworks and measurement models to evaluate campaign effectiveness, channel performance, customer acquisition, and overall marketing ROI.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages vendor relationships related to website hosting, and its technical maintenance. Ensures website functionality, ADA compliance, and regulatory standards are maintained.
