You will be joining a team which performs to an exceptional standard within the business. You will play pivotal role in shaping client strategy and operational excellence across Investor Services department.</p><p></p><p>The scope of the role will include both a people management (4&#43; people) and client facing aspects, therefore this position would someone who has the experience and enthusiasm to upskill those they manage, alongside providing a premium services to clients.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Duties will include:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Provide strategic leadership for Investor Services operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards</li><li>Drive client relationship management at executive level, serving as a primary point of escalation</li><li>Ensuring compliance with global regulatory frameworks</li><li>Be responsible for face to face meetings with the clients, either at service review meetings or at specific Investor Services focused meetings.</li><li>Lead service delivery transformation, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance client experience</li><li>To mentor and develop managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement</li><li>To create, develop and maintain procedures to ensure an efficient and effective workflow while enabling an excellent service to all clients.</li><li>Cooperation with other departments to achieve common goals</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Bring:</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in Investor Services within funds industry ( preferably within hedge funds)</li><li>Proven track record of strategic leadership, managing large teams  and complex client portfolios</li><li>Deep understanding of fund structures, regulatory requirements and investor services operations (transaction processing, share register maintenance, investor and client reporting, Investor payments,  AML etc. )</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>An ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation</li><li>Superb people management skills with examples of leading a team that has improved over time.</li><li>Ideally educated to degree level qualification.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><i>We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
