The Plant Manager will oversee and manage plant-manufacturing operations. In striving to obtain and then maintain operational excellence, this individual will provide leadership in driving safety culture, establishing metrics, driving process improvements, and developing Responsibilities</strong></h3><p data-start=\"196\" data-end=\"369\">Provides leadership and oversight of hourly team members, including interviewing and hiring, performance management, employee manufacturing operations, including processing, packaging, planning, and sanitation, to achieve production, quality, and profitability goals.</li><li data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"717\" data-section-id=\"1w5gvo2\">Drive operational excellence by establishing performance metrics, leading process improvements, and developing team capabilities.</li><li data-start=\"718\" leadership experience in a plant environment.</li><li data-start=\"2749\" data-end=\"2828\" data-section-id=\"1mf87s8\">Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational best
