To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.     </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to understand their current workflows and processes.</li>\n <li>Design end-to-end professional services project scopes and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) that accurately define project boundaries, deliverables, timelines and the specific level of effort required from our services team.</li>\n <li>Identify potential “blind spots” during the pre-sales phase to ensure resource allocation is appropriate and to minimize future scope creep.</li>\n <li>Present project scope, phases, timelines and cost to executive-level stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure organizational readiness. </li>\n <li>Partner closely with Sales, Implementation, Data and Solution Services to ensure a seamless handoff and that the vision ‘sold’ is the reality ‘delivered’. </li>\n <li>When faced with a custom or creative solution, collaborate early with Services to validate customer requests and </li>\n <li>Collaborate regularly with Sales to identify opportunities for additional services for both new and existing customers. </li>\n <li>Serve as a key team member on assigned M&A Programs to confirm appropriateness of services required for successful data migrations.</li>\n <li>Provide regular updates to project teams and customers on the project status and adherence to scope and budget. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong> </p>\n<p><strong>We’re Excited to Learn More About You</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Your experience may include: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years experience in Professional Services or Consulting, specifically in managing or scoping complex software implementations </li>\n <li>5+ years experience in the insurance industry with domain knowledge of insurance agency workflows, allowing you to anticipate customer needs and offer prescriptive guidance rather than just ‘taking orders’</li>\n <li>Eye for detail that will allow you to quantify effort accurately, ensuring that project timelines and budget estimates are accurate </li>\n <li>Ability to visualize complex projects and break them down into actionable, phased implementation plans</li>\n <li>The ability to push back gracefully on unrealistic client expectations and guide stakeholders toward the most effective project path </li>\n <li>Prioritization skills to ensure timely deliverables and responses</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You may have other skills or credentials, including: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with Applied products is a significant plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We know that talent comes from all backgrounds and experience levels. To determine a new team member’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone’s depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities.
