This position will be working in a machine shop for the dedicated purpose of manufacturing components, structure, and machines. This role includes setting up and operating welders to hand weld products in a safe, efficient, quality, and ergonomic manner, performing welding operations on various metals and alloys to produce a wide variety of products with high strength and pressure requirements. Candidates must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16&quot;, have strong math skills and have the ability to read micrometers. TIG and MIG experience is REQUIRED!</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Trebuchet MS\",sans-serif;color:#663300;'><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 13px; color: rgb(45, 45, 45);\">Essential Functions</span></strong></span></p><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\" type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(45, 45, 45);\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ability to learn how to read blueprints/technical drawings and fabricate from work orders.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(45, 45, 45);\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Continuously produces, at an acceptable level of productivity with some supervision.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(45, 45, 45);\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Produces acceptable-quality welds with good workmanship and very few rejects.
