We are currently seeking Construction Managers for various projects around the EU, including fit out of data centres, pharmaceutical and other cleanroom projects. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, programming, and execution of construction projects. They will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are currently seeking Construction Managers to be based in various EU locations including Finland.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>Pre-Contract:<br>•    Provide input into the preparation of estimates and tenders, including site visits.<br>•    Review tenders with the operations team as necessary.<br>•    Participate in tender adjudication meetings.<br>•    Plan and program work efficiently.<br>•    Participate in the preparation of necessary documents for inclusion in tender submissions.<br>•    Attend post-tender interviews.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Post-Contract:<br>•    Adhere to Safety First Guiding Principles.<br>•    Ensure each contract is properly planned and programmed.<br>•    Implement production and commercial procedures across all projects.<br>•    Ensure the implementation of all company safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures, maintaining statutory compliance across all projects.<br>•    Develop contract programs with the Site Manager, ensuring necessary resources are in place and establishing the sequence and timing of operations for work completion.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience:</span><br>•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.<br>•    Proven experience in planning, programming, and executing construction projects<br>•    Background in fit out / interiors project in industrial building schemes preferred - eg pharma, data centres.<br>•    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).<br>•    Professional certifications in project management or construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus.<br>•    Strong knowledge of construction procedures, contract law, and safety regulations.<br>•    Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.<br>•    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.<br>•    Strong organizational and time-management abilities.<br>•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ardmac offer excellent career opportunities as well as competitive salaries and generous allowances for working away from your home country.
