Product Manager

Overview: The Product Manager on Guidepoint’s Product team will support the External team’s execution of the product roadmap. This individual needs to be highly motivated, a self starter that can work independently and in teams. This role will engage with senior product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders. You will gain hands-on product lifecycle experience and have direct impact on project execution. This position is a hybrid position out of our Toronto office. What You'll Do: Assist in the documentation and development of product features by collaborating cross-functionally to define the feature’s details Collaborate with Product Managers to manage the product backlog including writing and prioritizing stories Drive projects forward by managing feature roll outs, ensuring stakeholder communication and developing updated materials Manage internal reporting to ensure product managers have the most accurate data in a timely manner Analyze user data via our analytics tools and develop initial inferences Identify and managing dependencies and identifying mitigation opportunities What You Have: 5+ years of relevant experience Worked in Agile development environment as a product manager for 2 years Understands the software development lifecycle Experience with quarterly planning Extremely high empathy towards user problems Creative thinker Has a background in one of the following fields: consulting, banking, or technology What We Offer: The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
