Description
Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Manager to assist in the leasing office at a 288 unit apartment complex in De Valle, TX - Enclave on Ross .
As the first impression of our community, it is important our leasing manager understands the value of providing strong customer service. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors, and to present a positive, professional image. We are looking for a true team player to add to a growing company.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phones. Greeting and touring prospective residents, able to provide them with community information and rental rates. Follow up and document status of leads. Process and verify leasing applications and corresponding documents. Updating and maintaining records and data bases. Outreach marketing. Assist with delinquency, notices to vacate, and evictions. Qualifications:
1+ years of LITHC apartment leasing experience Experience with Yardi property management software Bilingual, English/Spanish, a plus Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff. Superior customer service skills. Desire to learn the requirements of the Property Management industry so that you can be promoted. Dependable and punctual. Requirements:
Valid driver’s license LIHTC leasing experience Yardi experience Successfully pass preemployment background check and drug test Compensation:
$19-$21/Hr, Negotiable, depending on experience Monthly renewal commission, new move-in commissions, and bonus opportunities Benefits:
