Requires advanced project management, data analytics, and strong influence across the organization.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p>Education &amp; Experience:</p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required.</li><li>5+ years of experience in employee engagement, culture, organizational development, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience leading enterprise-wide engagement or culture initiatives, including survey administration and action planning.</li><li>Strong background in data analytics, including use of Power BI, or similar tools for reporting and insights.</li><li>Demonstrated success in project and program management, event planning, and vendor management.</li><li>Experience collaborating across functions, especially with patient experience or similar teams.</li><li>Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industry preferred.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Certification/
