Description MAJOR FUNCTION: Drive enterprise-wide culture and engagement initiatives that advance Inspira Health’s employee-first culture, including annual listening strategy, engagement, safety, and external recognition surveys. Serves as program manager, coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking progress against strategic goals to deliver measurable improvements. Partners with Patient Experience and HR teams analyze data, inform enterprise-wide action planning, and embed core values into employee programs and communications. Requires advanced project management, data analytics, and strong influence across the organization. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required. 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, culture, organizational development, or related field. Proven experience leading enterprise-wide engagement or culture initiatives, including survey administration and action planning. Strong background in data analytics, including use of Power BI, or similar tools for reporting and insights. Demonstrated success in project and program management, event planning, and vendor management. Experience collaborating across functions, especially with patient experience or similar teams. Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industry preferred.
