We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team FULL-TIME!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits:• Health insurance - Depending upon your job classification you maybe eligible for participation in our Health Insurance Program.• Paid time off – Paid holidays and 1-week paid vacation (after 1 year of employment).• Recognition program - To celebrate and inspire actions and contributions through our Super Performer Recognition Program and Seniority Recognition Program.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are interested, please apply via our website, follow link on this page.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>E/O/E/M/F/V/D</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Empties trash and replaces liners if necessary</li>\n <li>Cleans ashtrays</li>\n <li>Dusts all horizontal surfaces with woolly duster</li>\n <li>Picks up paper clips, paper, pencils from floor</li>\n <li>Spot cleans door glass</li>\n <li>Spot wipes doors</li>\n <li>Cleans restrooms</li>\n <li>Replenishes bathroom supplies.</li>\n <li>Refills all other dispensers</li>\n <li>Empties trash</li>\n <li>Cleans and sanitizes all fixtures and clean mirrors</li>\n <li>Spot cleans partition doors and walls</li>\n <li>Sweeps and mops tile floors</li>\n <li>Dusts ceiling air diffuser</li>\n <li>Reports needed repairs to customer</li>\n <li>Great customer service</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Performs such other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH• MUST HAVE PRIOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE.• MUST ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.• Must be able to PASS A BACKGROUND SCREENING.• Must be over 18 years of age.• Must have a reliable form of transportation.</p>",
