The Lead Literacy Interventionist will also deliver targeted ADSIS intervention in literacy for students in PreK-8 who are performing below grade level benchmarks. This position works within the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework to deliver evidence-based ADSIS interventions and collaborates with the Lead Math Interventionist and classroom teachers to ensure student success in foundational academic skills.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Literacy interventionists are responsible for providing Tier 3 literacy ADSIS intervention to students in need via 1:1 or small group sessions, and working with classroom teachers to provide classroom-level, teacher-led Tier 2 ADSIS intervention during intervention blocks.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\">Direct Student Instruction:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide small group and individual ADSIS intervention instruction in literacy skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Implement evidence-based intervention programs for PreK-8 students</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver targeted ADSIS intervention in, but not limited to, phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide ADSIS intervention in, but not limited to, number sense, counting, basic operations, and problem-solving</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs and developmental levels</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\">Assessment and Data Management:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support diagnostic assessments administration to identify specific skill deficits in literacy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Administer progress monitoring assessments and track student growth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analyze assessment data to inform instructional decisions and small group formation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain detailed records of student progress and intervention fidelity utilizing data platforms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare data reports for MTSS team meetings and all staff data dives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare intervention suggestions for SST grade level referrals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Document intervention effectiveness and make recommendations for next steps</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\">Collaboration and Communication:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with lead math interventionist, principals, and instructional coaches to align interventions with core instruction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in MTSS/SST team meetings and data analysis sessions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate regularly with families about student progress in ADSIS interventions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with other student support teams for referral processes when appropriate</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid Minnesota teaching license with early childhood or elementary endorsement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience teaching PreK-2nd grade students</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of early literacy and numeracy development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of MTSS/RTI frameworks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong classroom management and behavior support skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work with diverse learners and families</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
