About this Role At QISG, we deliver complex EPC utility infrastructure projects , with a strong focus on transmission, distribution (T&D), and substations that power and connect communities. We’re seeking a Mid-Level and Senior Level Procurement Specialists to lead end-to-end procurement and subcontracting for high-value engineering and construction projects. This role owns the full lifecycle—from RFP development and bid evaluation through negotiation, contract execution, expediting, and final delivery—ensuring materials and services align with schedule, scope, and budget across utility and substation builds. In Office (M–F): 15011 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77094 Up to 15% domestic travel to active project sites, providing direct field engagement and hands-on support for T&D and substation EPC execution.
