font-size: 14px;\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined;\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Master the structure and working principle of factory production equipment and facilities and learn and improve their own equipment maintenance skills and level.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Conduct regular and scheduled inspection of the production equipment in the factory to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and eliminate potential equipment failures.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Make daily operation records and maintenance records of the equipment system in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to detect, isolate, and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assist with aligning machines and equipment during installation, using hoists, jacks, squares, ruler, micrometers, and plumb bobs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">At least 1-2 years&#39; experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (with photovoltaic industry preferred).</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Exceptional troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and automation components preferred.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Good knowledge of pneumatic systems.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to operate shop equipment, bench tools, hand tools, inspection and test equipment.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
