Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem, especially around: Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain, Business Central, Marketing/sales and Customer & Field Service) Power Platform, Copilot, … Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, in different kind of fields and work together with business leaders. You’ll collaborate with pre-sales and delivery experts to shape tailored solutions that meet client needs. You’ll represent adesso Belgium in the market: attending events, nurturing your network, and positioning us as a trusted Microsoft partner. You’ll help drive strategic growth in a region where relationships matter — and where your local insight makes the difference. You will focus on matching the right IT profiles / solutions with the needs of your customers. You are a self-starter who, thanks to your strong drive and professional approach, is able to identify customers' IT needs at all times. You will engage with prospects to identify and clarify strategic technological needs in the field of IT. You can count on the support of technical experts for the further implementation of your projects, whom you know how to inspire and motivate in the right way. You actively listen, understands and uses the information gained from the dialog You ask targeted questions and get to the heart of the matter You use storytelling or imagery to stay in the customer's mind In time, you build up a broad network within the adesso group and connect with our international Microsoft sales community Your Profile You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in IT consultancy / solution sales. You have affinity with one or more of the adesso offerings (Business solutions (ERP, CRM), Application Modernization, Go2Cloud) Networking and closing deals with prospects gives you energy & satisfaction. You enjoy making new contacts and already have a network of IT decision-makers. You have a proven track record of successful deals and you know the market, the trends, the competitors, and where the opportunities lie. You are a self-starter who can handle a healthy dose of stress. You think in terms of solutions rather than problems. Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
