The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the apartment community including the grounds and common areas and to provide a quality living environment for residents. Successful Maintenance Technicians will be customer service focused, possess a sense of urgency, and be responsive to resident and team member needs.</p><p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Performs maintenance duties including work orders and preventative maintenance activities, with minimal supervision consistent with company policies and procedures and direction from supervisor(s), completes documentation and necessary paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete manner to document and track maintenance activities</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ensure that apartments are ready for occupancy by performing various and as needed electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and other miscellaneous maintenance and repairs necessary or directed</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Maintenance of grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure washing breezeways and commons areas, general cleaning as needed and other areas as directed</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Compliance with company standards and applicable laws including but not limited to; Fair Housing, OSHA, Landlord Tenant, Local Building Codes, OSHA, and EEOC.
