    "description_html": "<p></p><h3><u><strong>Senior Resident Project Representative</strong></u></h3><h4><strong>Position Overview</strong></h4><p>KEITH is hiring a Senior Resident Project Representative to act as the owner’s on-site representative for a $300M airport project at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). The RPR will be responsible for monitoring contractor performance, ensuring quality compliance, and representing the interests of the client throughout construction.</p><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4><ul><li>Serve as the day-to-day liaison between the construction team, design professionals, and the owner.</li><li>Observe all phases of construction including site preparation, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishes.</li><li>Ensure contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Track progress against schedule and report deviations, risks, or issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate records including daily logs, photographs, and as-built documentation.</li><li>Facilitate resolution of field conflicts and RFIs in collaboration with designers and contractors.</li><li>Provide oversight for punch list development, commissioning, and project closeout.</li></ul><h4><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h4><ul><li>10+ years of relevant experience in building construction inspection and resident project representation.</li><li>Strong background on complex, multi-phase capital projects, preferably in aviation or public facilities.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in construction observation, field coordination, and QA/QC practices.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments.</li><li>Familiarity with FAA and airport authority standards a plus.</li><li>Excellent reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><u><strong>We offer competitive benefits, including:</strong></u></p><ul><li>100% PAID Medical, Dental, and Vision</li><li>Employer matched 401K - 100% Vested on Day 1 of contribution!!!</li><li>Paid Parental leave and Life Insurance</li><li>PTO, Holidays, and more!</li></ul><p><br><br>...</p>",
