      "content": "\n<li>Background: BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent practical experience, with 8+ years leading SAP EAM implementations for complex hardware-software products in automotive (SDV/autonomous), aerospace, or related industries.</li>\n<li>Technical Depth: Deep hands-on expertise in SAP EAM, including ECU-centric assets, complex BOMs, product genealogy, and serialized/batch-managed inventory and equipment hierarchies.</li>\n<li>Systems &amp; Execution: Experience driving end-to-end delivery—requirements, solution design, EAM integrations (middleware/custom APIs), functional specifications, UAT, and production cutover—using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.</li>\n<li>Ownership &amp; Influence: Proven ability to partner cross-functionally, communicate clearly, drive scalable process improvements, and operate effectively in fast-moving, high-growth environments.</li>\n"
