As a District Manager of Operations, you’ll be responsible for leading a dedicated group of managers at multiple centers whom you’ll help recruit, hire, and train. You’ll channel your inner-entrepreneur, identifying areas of weakness and strength within your region and developing actions plans in an effort to: 1) increase center revenue, 2) develop a rock star management team, and 3) encourage guests to visit week after week.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES </strong></p>\n<p>Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a District Manager of Operations:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LEAD THE TEAM </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Recruit, hire, select, and train center managers throughout your district, guiding your General Managers and Area Manager or Operations to deliver an experience that exceeds guest expectations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>TRAIN YOUR TEAM </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify training needs of your center managers; conduct one-on-one or class training; mentor and support your team as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>SET GOALS. EVALUATE. PREPARE.</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop goals for your center managers; conduct performance evaluations; create plans for the career development of your reports; prepare succession plans </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WATCH THE BOTTOM LINE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate the financial progress of your centers and help them plan accordingly </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ALWAYS BE INNOVATING</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Propose major capital projects during the budgeting process and work with your region’s Facility Managers to complete those projects approved </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EXCEED GUEST EXPECTATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proactively promote an in-center experience that surprises and delights our guests, going above and beyond what our customers expect; deal promptly with any guest complaints</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>WHO YOU ARE</u></strong></p>\n<p>Reporting to their respective Regional Vice President of Operations, our District Manager of Operations are entertainment and hospitality industry professionals with years of experience and a knack for spotting talent and building great teams.
