Our many client types offer endless possibilities for engagement in projects of all sizes and styles.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines in the public sector.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with multidisciplinary team members as with clients and contractors</li><li>Provide mentorship and assist with the development of staff</li><li>Identify client requirements and be the primary contact and communicator</li><li>Document quality review and detailed, comprehensive code analysis</li><li>Work within project schedules to prioritize tasks and coordinate the completion of documentation required from initial design phase through final project completion, according to client needs</li><li>Prepare, develop and organize building plans as well as construction contracts</li><li>Utilize past knowledge and experience to enhance the quality of design</li><li>Coordinate the design work of others and ensure integrated and cohesive design</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5-9 years of professional experience&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Professional, or non-professional, degree in Architecture from an accredited institution</li><li>Professional Licensure with experience in public sector projects</li><li>Proficient in Revit</li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work closely in a team environment</li><li>Knowledge of building codes, standards and specifications</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience with clients in K-12, government or higher education</li><li>Willingness to perform complex administrative and on-site duties</li><li>Experience in all aspects of construction projects</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits offered:</strong></p><ul><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;
