You enjoy going home each day with a sense of pride with your job well-done. </li>\n <li>You describe yourself as levelheaded and thrive in stressful situations. </li>\n <li>You are looking for opportunity to grow! </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are a growing company in a booming industry. </p>\n<p>We’re actively looking for people to train for advancement to grow with us</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The core mission of <strong>Outbound Team Member </strong>is to provide reliable pack/pick/ship services, secure and accurate inventory management, and fast on-time same-day fulfillment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Red Stag Team Member, you will be continuously pursuing perfection as you cross train in multiple departments.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Selecting orders with accuracy and speed that align with our client goals. </li>\n <li>Deploying your attention to detail that adds quality and confidence to consumers for their products.  </li>\n <li>Efficiently retrieving orders using our technology and barcode scanners according to quantity, and product accuracy.  </li>\n <li>Safely working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.). </li>\n <li>Experience with different kinds of lifts including Stand up (reach), Sit Down, Turret, and stock picker.  </li>\n <li>Loading and unloading trucks by using totes, jacks, and forklifts.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications/Education Requirements:</strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Obtain Red Stag Forklift Certifications for each machine<strong>.</strong></li>\n <li>Attendance and punctuality are a must. Consistently work your schedule and realize there will be mandatory seasonal attendance changes and requirements.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work overtime on short notice to meet clients’ goals. Sometimes in other departments.</li>\n <li>Willingness to cross train in other departments. </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and utilize team lift assistance for heavier items.</li>\n <li>Must be able to walk for long periods of time throughout large facilities and/or stand in one area for long periods of time. </li>\n <li>Excellent verbal communication skills with positive attitude and mindset.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand processes and concepts involving the use of various pieces of technology.</li>\n <li>Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screening.</li>\n <li>Work within Red Stag Fulfillment<u>’</u>s mission and core values. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Desired Characteristics:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic knowledge/experience in a warehouse/manufacturer environment preferred.</li>\n <li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and goal oriented – personally and professionally.</li>\n <li>Ability to work harmoniously and add value within a diverse team.</li>\n <li>Be willing to learn our world-class warehouse management system.</li>\n <li>Ability to trouble shoot problems and correct with fact-based solutions.</li>\n <li>Skilled problem-solver; because, let’s face it, NO problem is a problem.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to access and navigate within each department at the Red Stag’s facilities.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in the Red Stag’s facilities including continuous time moving, regular handling of stock up to 50 pounds (utilizing team lifting assistance with heavier items), reaching, bending, carrying, etc.</li>\n <li>Constantly works in an environment where the indoor/outdoor temperatures may fluctuate based on seasonality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift:</strong> Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 6am-6:30pm</p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $17.50/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential </p>",
