font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience in fire engineering within a consultancy, construction, or related environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and fire safety design principles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
