  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Work in conjunction with licensed design professionals assisting with the design and preparation of a variety of public and private development projects, including commercial, industrial, residential, energy, water/waste water and community projects throughout the Midwest.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate with fellow MSG staff across a variety of service sectors including: Surveying, Geotechnical, Environmental, Structural, Traffic, Transportation, Site Construction, etc.</li><li><!--block-->Perform and check various design calculations and performing various tasks as they relate to preparing a design package.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->&nbsp;Preparing front end feasibility documents, due diligence reports and zoning studies, project development, storm water modeling and design, cost estimates and detailed design plans.&nbsp;<br><br></li></ul>",

  "skills_knowledge_expertise": "<ul><li><!--block-->&nbsp;Practical experience in design and plan preparation of site development projects.</li><li><!--block-->Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or related engineering field</li><li><!--block-->EI certification in the state of Ohio, with the ability to obtain PE or PLA certification within 6 to 12 months.</li><li><!--block-->Experience with researching and applying various agency design standards to civil engineering projects to successfully achieve approvals.</li><li><!--block-->&nbsp;Ability to apply guidelines and specifications. (i.e., City of Columbus and surrounding counties, ODOT, and etc.)</li><li><!--block-->Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D grading and pipe networks as well as plan set preparation required.</li><li><!--block-->Proficiency in independent preparation of Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports is preferred.</li><li><!--block-->Roadway design and survey experience are a plus.</li><li><!--block-->Utility design or utility field inspection experience a plus.</li><li><!--block-->The ability to engage reviewing agencies while preparing technical designs and addressing comments is a critical part of our process.</li><li><!--block-->The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating and coordinating with review agencies.</li></ul><div><!--block--><br></div>",
