Milton CAT is looking for driven and customer-focused individuals to join our Inside Product Support Sales team. As an Inside PSSR, you’ll work closely with customers across the construction industry to support their parts and service needs, helping them get the most out of their CAT equipment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of the heavy equipment business while working alongside experienced professionals. Whether you're just starting your career or looking to grow within a leading Caterpillar dealer, this position is designed to launch your future with Milton CAT.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> Starting at $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits include: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off + 8 company paid holidays</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options for Employee and Family </li>\n <li>Disability & Life Insurance Packages</li>\n <li>Competitive Retirement Plan </li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement – available to FT employees with 1 year+ of service</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance program (EAP)</li>\n <li>Additional supplemental offerings and discount programs</li>\n <li>Employee Referral Program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage a defined book of business (~400–500 accounts) across assigned territories.</li>\n <li>Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to re-engage dormant customers and promote parts, service, and support solutions.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with field reps and service teams to schedule inspections, repairs, and follow-ups.</li>\n <li>Leverage CRM and internal systems to track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity.</li>\n <li>Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities for parts, service, and attachments.</li>\n <li>Support in-territory efforts including hands-on inspections and customer visits as needed.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with marketing and product support teams to execute targeted campaigns.</li>\n <li>Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on promotions, programs, and service offerings.</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with assigned accounts.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1–3 years of experience in inside sales, parts sales, or customer service (construction or heavy equipment industry preferred).</li>\n <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
