Above all, this position must lead by example to create Great Experiences and Memories for all guests and colleagues under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Wear a clean and complete uniform in accordance with GCT standards&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to internal customers and vendors at all times&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Address all product and service needs, requests and concerns promptly&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide timely and accurate documentation for all transactions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain clean service and work areas. Ensure safe easy access to, and delivery of all product&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Uphold and demonstrate GCT’s Core values.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>During the receiving process either accept or reject vendor deliveries based on established policy, procedures and practices.</li>\n <li>Deliver incoming product from the dock to the requesting outlet&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Complete all systems paperwork related to the receiving process&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Transmit all received invoices in soft copy format to AP for processing&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Create and transmit all credit notes to the Vendor and AP for processing.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure FIFO method of inventory is consistently practiced&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Adhere to security and stock control procedures and protocols&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Store product to GCT standard&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Rotate product when restocking&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform Food Safety Inspections a on incoming trucks and products logging notes and temperature checks.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Build product orders in the warehouse from system generated transfers for outlets, storage areas, pump rooms following safe food handling procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitor and check all product for quality and freshness&nbsp;<span>&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li>Load and transport merchandise to stock and pump rooms under the direct control of the Warehouse operations&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain the stock levels of storage areas and pumprooms under Warehouse operations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, stockroom and pumprooms including floors and waste removal&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with the set up and break down of Events and Functions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Performs preventive maintenance and cleaning of food and beverage equipment as required&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain the min/max par levels in assigned stockrooms and pump rooms.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Input transfers into the stock control program on an as required basis.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Obtain signatures on all documentation for product being picked up for delivery to the outlets.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Update transfers in the system&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with period end inventories of the warehouse, storerooms, and pumproom&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Adheres to all AGCO, GCGC, departmental and HR policies as they relate to functions of the role;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualification Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum grade 12 education&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Previous experience in Food and Beverage industry is an asset&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience in Warehouse environment is an asset&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Certifiable in WHIMIS, Safe Food Handling and Smart Serve is a requirement&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with PC network and associated business software an asset&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Sound knowledge of health and safety procedures&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to lift more than 40lbs&nbsp;</li>\n <li>May be required to obtain AGCO license&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment Considerations:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fast paced with multiple priorities, deadlines and deliverables; exposure to some conflict, distress and noise;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>This role requires extended period of standing, walking, bending and may lift up to 35 lbs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>The role requires a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs, will have non-traditional work hours including holidays, evening, overnight or weekend shifts.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400\">\n <div style=\"font-weight:500; padding:4px 0px 0px 8px\">\n  Minimum Rate (CAD $) | Minimum Salary (CAD $)\n </div>\n <div style=\"font-weight:500; padding:0px 6px 6px 8px\">\n  19.84\n </div>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400\">\n <div style=\"font-weight:500; padding:4px 0px 0px 8px\">\n  Job Rate (CAD $) | Midpoint Salary (CAD $)\n </div>\n <div style=\"font-weight:500; padding:0px 6px 6px 8px\">\n  20.84\n </div>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400\">\n <div style=\"font-weight:500; padding:4px 0px 0px 8px\">\n  Maximum Rate (CAD $) | Maximum Salary (CAD $)\n </div>\n <div style=\"font-weight:500; padding:0px 6px 6px 8px\">\n  20.84\n </div>\n</div>",
